We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your order
for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of
the original purchase date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Your item must be unused and must be in new condition.
Custom or personalized items are not returnable.
Gift cards are not returnable.
Expedited shipping fees are not returnable.
For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
During the Christmas period we extend our usual 30 day returns window to
January 31st on all orders placed on or after November 15th.
You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the
