Refund policy

-            We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

•             Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•             Your item must be unused and must be in new condition.
•             Custom or personalized items are not returnable.
•             Gift cards are not returnable.
•             Expedited shipping fees are not returnable.
•             For cancellations, please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
•             During the Christmas period we extend our usual 30 day returns window to January 31^st on all orders placed on or after November 15^th.
•           You should expect to receive your refund within a week after we have the item.

 

To start a return, simply send an e-mail to info@thestitchedcow.com. After you receive your return confirmation, you can send your item to the address below. Please write your name, order number and the reason for return (i.e. exchange, refund) on a paper.
